An advanced heating method using PET film printed (gravure) with carbon heating element, formed with copper foil electrodes, and laminated with film. The heating film radiates far infra red rays and negative ions, which realize a wellbeing heating with the radiated heat feel like sunlight.
Film heating is easy for sectional or cetralized heating and control. Heating cost can be reduced by heating for required time and space only. Oneday construction-use is possible by installing the fillm on existing floor without demolishing.

 For stable use, reinforced floor is strongly recommended as the finish material. Consult with the constructor for use in humid place or covering with floor mat.

1. Flame Retardant PET: the PET film is XB-65 (UL Flame Retardant Certified, milky colored, embedded with VTH-2 insulation chip), Taraysaehan, for safety.
 

2. Gravure Printing: common screen printing method is not suitable for printing carbon plane heaters due to uneven carbon layer thickness, and may cause fire or leakage current by local heating. Gravure printing guarantees even electric resistance of the printed carbon layer, consequently, enhanced safety.
 
 

3. Wide Silver Space: silver acts as a bridge (prevents spark, cold leader for heating cable) that converts electric energy to heat safely, thus, directly related with the life and safety of the product. Daewoo Enertech ensures product safety with expanded silver space.
4. Copper Bus Bar of 12mm width, 타프치노 10 Ampere: wider copper bus bar prevents overheating. Thinner bus bar improves adhesiveness of PET to remove air layer and stabilize product (competitors: 8-10mm)
