This system does not use boiler as heat source or pump as circulating device. The system uses X-L tube which is installed with Ni-Cr heating wire which is double coated with silicon and Teflon, filled with special liquid heat medium, and completely sealed. When energized, the Heating wire causes Nucleate Boiling in the liquid, generating gas. Thermal input into closed space brings
an additional effect of raising the temperature by more than 30℃ and this product is an advanced heating material making use of the effect to save energy. A typical example of the effect is the electric pressurized rice boiler. |
